Weston plans to expand their operation with an outdoor venue called the Backyard to enhance their offerings further. This outdoor space is designed to cater to the desire for a casual setting that offers grazing while appreciating the beauty of Lake County evenings. The Backyard will feature a range of activities, including a bandshell for live music on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, an outdoor bar offering a selection of beers on tap and in cans, a frozen drink machine for refreshing slushy Margaritas, Daiquiris, and Pina Coladas, and a 20-stool fire pit where friends can gather and new connections can be made. Additionally, the outdoor specials kitchen, equipped with a smoker and a flat-top refrigerated prep table, will be utilized for exciting Happy Hour specials such as Paella Night, oyster specials, street tacos, and smoked meats. The Saw Mill Snak Wagon food trailer will serve mouthwatering Chicago-style thin-crust pizzas, smash burgers, hot dogs, sausages, and other backyard food.
